    1. Select your preferred shoes from our website catalogue and email to us the SHOES ID and the size and quantity you need.
    2. We send you confirmation email after get your order information.
    3. Send the payment and email your details (full name,address,postal code,telephone,ect...) to us.
    4. We confirm the payment and send out the shoes by door to door Express mail in 48 hours.
    5. We will email the tracking number to you after we send the shoes.
    6. Give us feedback after you get the shoes.

Mini order

If the style of shoes we have it in stock that the buyer will order, The minimum order quantity is 12 pairs, the buyers must choose the same color of one model to make up of an minimum order (12 pairs) shoes into each carton for sell or for make the shipment.We can offer the normal size to our elements usually( Euro size 41-46 for men’s size, Euro size 36-41 for women’s size each carton, and the quantity of size is 123321 for each cartons, for example:41*1pr,42*2prs,43*3prs,44*3prs,45*2prs,46*1pr for 123321)

For wholesale business, we accept the small order such as 1 or 2 pairs for the new customers in order to let the customers to take a look at the top quality of our shoes and the best and prompt service.
    For retail business,the minimum order is not limited, You can mix in any model & any color & any size shoes.
    We also accept drop ship now, you can email to us for the detail.

Shippment

We handle all kinds of shipping ways according to the customer's request, such as (EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS).

 Normally, we will send the shoes within 2 working days after we get the payment. We will provide you with the tracking numbers for tracking. Normally,The packages should arrive around 4 to 7 business days.

 The maximum quantity we send at one time to one address is 24 pairs, if your order quantity is more than 24 pairs, you have to provide us more addresses, or we will send your shoes in several times.

  Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery. They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.
     All packages must be signed for. If no one in home to receive your package, then it will be held in your local post until you are able to sign for the package.

If you are not satisfied with our shoes, you can ship back, we will refund the value of shoes to your next orders.
